People come first
We publish articles to answer real sport and training questions clearly, or to explain a story shaping sport. We do not create pages merely to target keywords, and we do not promise guaranteed results.
Sources and accuracy
Health, exercise, and sport claims are checked against primary research, professional guidance, official statements, and established public-health or reporting sources whenever possible. Sources are shown on the article page.
Authorship and review
Guides are published under the Fcoach Editorial Team identity and receive an editorial review for accuracy, clarity, source quality, and safety language. We name a specialist reviewer only when a real, verifiable reviewer has assessed the article.
AI-assisted workflow
AI tools may help with research organization, drafting, and translation. Every article must still be reviewed for accuracy, clarity, tone, and relevance before publication. AI is never presented as a medical professional.
Translations
English is the source version. Turkish, Spanish, German, and French editions are adapted for natural reading in each language rather than translated word for word. A translation is published only when it is complete.
Corrections and updates
We correct material errors as soon as they are identified. An updated date is shown only when the article has changed in a meaningful way. Questions or correction requests can be sent to contact@fcoach.net.
