Delete Your Account
This page explains how to delete your Fcoach account (developed by Mukac Studio) and all of the data associated with it. You can do this yourself inside the app, or request it by email.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
The fastest way to permanently delete your account and all data:
- Open the Fcoach app and sign in
- Go to the Profile tab
- Scroll to the Account section
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address associated with your account at contact@fcoach.net with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account information (name, email, sign-in details)
- Profile and fitness data (age, height, weight, goals)
- Workout programs, exercise logs, personal records (PRs), and set/rep history
- Statistics (streaks, total workouts, XP, progress)
- AI Coach conversation history
- Subscription status records linked to your account
Data retention
We do not keep your personal data after deletion. Data is removed immediately when you delete from within the app, or within 30 days for email requests. We may retain a minimal record only where required by law (e.g., transaction or tax records related to a purchase), and only for as long as legally required.
One exception: to prevent abuse of free usage limits (deleting and recreating an account to reset daily quotas), we keep an irreversible cryptographic hash of your email address and your remaining usage-quota counters. This hash cannot be reversed to recover your email address and contains no other personal data — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Note: any purchase or subscription handled by Google Play or the App Store is managed by those platforms. To cancel a subscription, use your Google Play or App Store account settings.
