Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Mukac Studio ("we", "us", "Fcoach") governing your use of the Fcoach mobile application (the "App"), available on the App Store and Google Play. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

Fcoach is a mobile fitness application that provides AI-generated personalized workout programs, an exercise library with instructions and demonstrations, workout logging, and progress tracking (steps, streaks, XP, and statistics). The App is provided by Mukac Studio for iOS and Android.

2. Subscriptions — Fcoach Pro

The App offers an auto-renewing subscription called "Fcoach Pro", available as a monthly or yearly plan, which unlocks additional features and higher usage limits.

• Payment. Payment will be charged to your App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews for the same duration unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown at the time of purchase or as updated and disclosed to you.
• Managing or canceling. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) after purchase. We do not have access to cancel or modify your subscription directly — this is managed entirely by Apple or Google.
• Free trial. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a Fcoach Pro subscription, where applicable.
• Pricing. Current prices are shown on the App Store or Google Play product page before purchase and may vary by country and are subject to change.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

All subscription purchases are billed and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Refunds, if any, are governed by the refund policies of Apple and Google respectively. Mukac Studio does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds on behalf of these platforms. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.

4. Health Disclaimer

The App provides fitness content, workout programs, and general wellness information for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

5. AI-Generated Content

Workout programs, recommendations, and responses from the AI Coach feature are generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or suggestions that are not suitable for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for using your own judgment before following any AI-generated program or advice, and should stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort.

6. User Accounts

To use the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from within the App, or by contacting us (see Delete Account).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App, including deleting and recreating an account in an attempt to reset usage limits or free-tier quotas;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by applicable law;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, infrastructure, or security.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and all content provided by us (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Mukac Studio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability & Service Changes

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mukac Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, arising from your use of the App. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it, temporarily or permanently, at any time, with or without notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
